On Feb 8, 2020, Mishima Kita hosted as the organizer of the Shizuoka High School Students Poster Session Conference, inviting 40 teams from 17 schools including Mishima Kita themselves. Each team presented for 5 minutes and had a 10-minute QA and feedback session. Eight awards were given to the selected teams. Participants also had an opportunity to listen to a lecture by Mr. Hashimoto, a water issues journalist, on how to conduct a project that can change the future. Approximately 250 presenters and visitors joined this event.
